No uploading of music or video (it requires too much bandwidth)
You must inform me if you are going to have a hiatus (and if that's the case, please leave your site online. Don't shut it entirely)
You should be motivated and update your site often! (a minimum of twice a month)
You are not allowed to host other people
You are given one week to set up your site
No uploading of php scripts without consulting me first.
Required skills:
You must have experience with creating websites and HTML
You must have a site already so I can see your existing work. (or send me link images if your website was taken offline)

your own FTP account (this will serve as your control panel)
Your link on www.dailycute.net! (and much traffic because of that!)
